Lactation Mug Mixes
Made by a local Chattanooga mom-run business, doula and friend, these dairy and soy-free lactation mug mixes are as delicious as they are easy to make! Each order comes with 4 different flavors: Chocolate Chip, Chocolate, Blueberry Muffin and Cinnamon Roll. Ashley, owner of ChattaBabyWhisperer, hand-makes these mug cakes with ingredients such as oats, flaxseed, brewer's yeast, and other galactagogues known for their lactation-boosting properties.
All you have to do is grab your favorite mug, add a few ingredients, and pop in the microwave. An easy, healthy and guilt-free treat for the breastfeeding mama!
Chocolate Chip
Ingredients: oat flour, baking powder, brown sugar, chocolate chips, salt, oats, flax seed, brewer's yeast
Just add: 1/4 cup of oat milk, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (if desired)
Mix well and microwave for 90 seconds.
Chocolate
Ingredients: oat flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, oats, flax seed, brewer's yeast
Just add: 1 tablespoon of butter (or substitute), 3 tablespoons of oat milk, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Mix well and microwave for 40-60 seconds.
Blueberry Muffin
Ingredients: oat flour, baking powder, brown sugar, blueberries, salt, oats, flax seed, brewer's yeast
Just add: 2 tablespoons of butter (or substitute), 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 tablespoon of oat milk
Mix well and microwave for 90 seconds.
Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients: oat flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, oats, flax seed, brewer's yeast
Just add: 1 teaspoon of butter (or substitute), 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 tablespoons of oat milk
Mix well and microwave for 90 seconds.
